Buonissima! Dall'impasto al condimento! La base è di crema di ceci. Sopra rucola, pomodorini, pomodori secchi, e fettine di melanzane fritte. C'era anche della mozzarella vegetale, ma il sapore era davvero marginale! L'ho presa d'asporto e quindi l'ho mangiata un po' freddina, dovrò provarla in loco!
