Zesty Avo with coriander, parsley, red onion , chilling and lemon
Loved the omega seeds on top
The nut based vegan feta cheese was the best I have tasted to date , love the nutty crunchy texture
This placed in a bed of Fried Sourdough bread
(Nice touch rather than toasted )

ftc Yeah fried , it was amazing , fried but not greasy so not sure how it was done , I guess french toast is also fried so makes sense Reply
