It’s a biiiig salad! And it’ll leave you feeling energized! You’ll be asked to choose tofu, falafels, or house patty (I went with tofu today) and tzatziki or vinaigrette (I chose the latter). And I was pleased with my choices. It was a tasty dish! #MauiVegan 🥗
