We celebrated the birthday of my mum with a surprise party and I organized a completely vegan 3 course menu (main dish to be reviewed here) for everyone despite my mum and me being the only vegans 😜 It worked out - everyone was happy with the food, but some guests chose cow milk with their coffee and said “normal milk” when they ordered because some chose pea or oat milk 😔

Hopefully I could convince a few more people that vegan food tastes good 😊🥳 💚

The dish was stewed aubergine with miso sauce on couscous with oriental spices and a tomato -chickpea-mint salad 👌🏼💚
High class cooking, beautifully prepared and not too expensive. Thanks to Hannes (owner), Julia (supervisor) and their amazing team, this was an unforgettable day for my mum concerning the food and the location 💕 Highly recommended as they know how to prepare vegan food 👌🏼
