Kate hill cream cheese by Kite Hill — hanimalecture's Review (Apr 28, 2022)

Bit of a nutty taste but otherwise the creamy texture I crave on bagels. Holds together well when chilled, minimal separation consistent with the dairy model. Packs well in to go containers, keeps gel/cream consistency in transit to work fridge. Brunching done better without dairy. #brunch #PackIt #KiteHill
