Had to convince the owner that vegan food is not so complicated to make 😅 but it was worth the effort. For the "menu of the day" she prepared this delicious soup of lens, rice, potatoes and cauliflowers and some spaghetti with tomato sauce (which I can't show because I forgot to take the pic. Still have to get used to this...). The menu also included an apple and two glasses of wine. The price was 9,50€

Cool of you to explain to the owner & chef that vegan food can easily be prepared.  We should definitely ask more restaurants to explore more options to create more filling vegan dishes.  Soup looks great!
