Riso Carnaroli by La gemma — The kind seed's Review (Apr 25, 2022)

This is not classic risotto rice.
It is a 12 months aged rice.

I grew up in a small village surrounded by the rice fields of the Lomellina area. Personally, I recognise that this is a very good quality rice.

I used it to prepare a risotto with porcini mushrooms. Needless to say, it was sublime.
