Review of Lemon Blueberry Cookie at Kelly's Bake Shoppe by mrsbubsmith

Wow this cookie was SO good, SO much tastier than I expected as it’s not the prettiest thing 😂
It was very soft and chewy with whole blueberries inside and a lemon glaze on top. The middle was a little wet bc I happened to get 4 or 5 blueberries in a clump 😅 but I guess that’s okay!
Fully gluten free as well.
Apparently they’re a special only until the end of May, so I hope they bring them back again next year bc it’s rare to find a fruity and fresh cookie.

Description from Kelly’s website reads “A soft, lemony oat cookie with wild blueberries rolled into the dough. Finished off with a perfectly tart lemon glaze.”
