H2O Proof Eyeliner Pen by e.l.f. Cosmetics — isabelless's Review (Apr 22, 2022)

I like this product even if it isn't 100% waterproof. The spring inside the cap is a bit stiff and sometimes doesn't close properly. It happened already twice that I found it completely dried up 🤡 this is my third pen in 6 months and it will be my last unless they change the cap.
