Ah, I would've liked this but it's too light flavoured and gets overpowered by the other ingredients in my cheesy dishes. The cheddar has a much more optimal cheesy flavour. This can be grated and melted or sliced up and eaten on its own. Nice melted over lasagne or stirred into a pasta cheese sauce 🧀 but too mild a flavour. Otherwise it is very nice. It's made in India 🇮🇳 unfortunately quite expensive at $15 from Eat Roam Live. I got it on clearance sale. #ditchdairy 🧀
