Organic probiotic yogurt has turned into one of my fav snacks. This is a bit healthier than the Nancy's oatgurt of this size I'd been getting. No added sugar or citric acid* but does have "natural flavor" 🤬. Taste is kinda bland but I dont mind.

*idk how unhealthy citric acid is, just makes me uncomfortable. Natural citric acid in fruit etc is different from its manufactured counterpart, which is fermented by feeding sugar of (usually gmo/monoculture) crop like corn or wheat, or cane sugar, to mold. Rundown of what it is: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/citric-acid

This is practically the only one I’ll buy because of all the “natural flavor” and citric acid most brands have (I try my best to not give that stuff to my toddler) People usually don’t bat an eye at those things but it’s nice to see someone else is doing their homework! The harmless coconut water company has a great one, I can hardly find in stores though and Trader Joe’s also has a great one! Both are also organic!

Oh shoot! I thought this was the plain one! If you get the plain one it does not have natural flavors!😊 I add hemp seeds granola and a little drizzled agave! It’s an absolute treat!
