Review of Moqueca at São Saruê by manobispo
Excellent presentation and taste. Tried twice. First with “banana da terra” and the second one with “banana da terra and caju”. Textures are the same of non vegan dishes with fish (cação). Good seasoning but, particularly I prefer more “oleo de dendê ”. Correct salt and is served boiling”comme il faut”. Some grilled butternut is a good fish finalization and “cocoa rice” is a good side dish. Recommended.
