Pastor Taco at Taco Vega — Liz Maselli's Review (Apr 17, 2022)

This Taco was great and my second favorite of the three we tried. I LOVE Pineapple, so had to order this one. It had grilled Yuba (dried tofu skin) salsa Verde, cilantro, onion and roasted pineapple rings. The marinade on the Yuba was delicious.
