I used to buy chimichurri sauce at a local empanada restaurant (Nonna’s Empanadas in LA). This TJ version isn’t quite as good, but it is half cheaper.
The sauce has so much flavor and it goes really well with various breads (my favorite is spreading it on naan). Also, worth mentioning that I’ve served it to two people in the last week and they both loved it.
