I love the tempeh in this dish and the veggie-sauce combo, very fresh and crunchy. 
The way they are rolled is a bit of a hit or miss, but the flavor is great! 
Ingredients include: Rice paper, lettuce, tomato, organic tempeh, shiitake soy protein, South West sauce, aioli sauce
