this yogurt is great!! it has a good thick but gloopy consistency and well the flavor is plain but that makes it so versatile.

it’s literally foragers plain & unsweetened cashew yog but possibly better🤫 the ingredients are pretty great including vegan live cultures.

this morning i made carrot cake oatmeal and mixed in a scoop of yogurt instead of the usual mashed banana and it delivered such a perfectly creamy consistency 😍😍
