Review of Cauliflower “Risotto” at Flower Child by vivalaviolet

Flavorful cauliflower and creamy lemon gremolata that comes with toasted bread crumbs that I requested not to have to make it gluten-free. Texture is pretty good, just wish the portion was a tad bigger. Bursting with flavor!
