Review of Hakka Bittergourd at Thunder Tree @ Vivocity Food Republic by ziggyradiobear

Very flavourful. Well seasoned and cooked. Bittergourd absorbed all the sauces and no bitterness. Very soft and the filling is great too. Can be salty if you eat it on its own. So it's better to go with their thunder tea rice or kolo mee.
