Review of Bianco wood fired pizza at Nic's On Beverly by deartaratran

Melted leeks + roasted mushrooms + chives + black truffle vinaigrette pizza = major oxytocin release. It was a savory, truffled pizza. The crust was perfect for this type of pizza. There were perfect charred leek pieces that really topped the pizza for me. The crust reminded me of Pizza Hut pan pizzas, but WAY better! And omg who knew chives would be delicious on pizza.
