This is made up of dates, cocoa, almonds dessicated coconut, natural vanilla flavour and sea salt. Even though it's dark chocolate,.it wasn't bitter at all because of the sweetness of the dates. All the disparate flavours blended perfectly with a host of different textures. Quite expensive at $4.50 even though price was reduced!
