It is quite remarkable the fact that most of the snack and food found in gas stations in the United States unfortunately (is garbage) contain heaps of unhealthy ingredients or chemicals known to be harmful to immune response. This is a prime example of something that is supposed to be a healthy snack contains high levels of sugar which outweighs the benefits when considering sugar amount and impact on gut health. Moreover, I don’t recommend this product as it tasted stale, save yourself the trouble and find wholesome organic pecans. :)
