Review of Crunchy Fly Wingz Strips Caesar at Vegan Junk Food Bar by plantbasedancer

Loved this salad!! The chicken schnitz was nice and crunchy and had a somewhat similar texture to real chicken. The Caesar sauce was great, as were the crunchy croutons, but the main star was the vegan cheese! It tasted so much like actual cheddar! I am usually quite critical of vegan cheese, but this one was delicious!
