I still haven’t managed to find a vegan Pad Thai that’s as good as the one that used to be round the corner from my old Edinburgh flat in an obscure Thai takeaway (that no longer exists) and everything else after that has slightly felt lacking… I wished this was a tad more saucy, and flavourful, it was pleasant but it didn’t wow me, and it’s one of the more pricey dishes at £12. Still very tasty and fresh but I probably wouldn’t order again (yes - I’m holding out on the hope that Puti reopen somewhere else in the future!) #supportlocal #supportlocalbusiness #padthai
