Review of Bibimbap with Vegan Beef at Puti Vegan Cafe by katelouisepowell

My god.. this was absolutely delicious. The vegan beef was juicy and packed full of flavour, the combo of fresh veg and pickles was amazing with the rice, and the rich sauce just made it perfect.
