Philly Cheezsteak at Guac 'n' Roll Kitchen — Molly Jane Elliott's Review (Mar 28, 2022)

Wow this was one hefty cheesesteak! The baguette was packed with delicious beef, peppers and onions, the seitan was cooked to perfection but the cheese sauce let it down a bit for me, I wish it was a little thicker or more cheesy as I wasn’t really getting a strong flavour from it. It definitely did the job of lining my stomach before a night out though as I was absolutely stuffed after!
