These Dried Apricots are Soft (sometimes too soft) and are great for people like me who want to take a snack with them without buying bars or unhealthy foods. Unfortunately, the product contains various preservatives (E 202 - E 220) and acidifiers (E2 296 - E 330) as well as sulphur dioxide. Good fibre and protein content per 100g of product.
