Review of Crème brûle at Soulgreen by plantbasedancer

Nice and thin crispy sugar layer on top, and a very smooth cream underneath. It was perfect with the fresh berries but without them, it would’ve been a little bit too plain. I would’ve liked a bit more caramel flavour to have come through.
