
A decently satisfying protein cookie. I occasionally like getting their non-keto chocolate chip cookie, so I figured I’d give this a try. Can’t say I’m a believer in the keto hype, but my body felt like it could use some extra fat right now. The texture is different than the non-keto version—soft, moist, crumbly. The first ingredient is oil, after all. They claim the palm fruit oil, an ingredient I’d rather usually avoid, is sustainably sourced (🤷🏼♀️). It also contains peanut butter and a protein blend of pea and almond. No soy and gluten-free. Also low in sugar.
