It's a powder that u mix with the soy milk and bake in the pan. Very easy and quick. I served it with a apple syrup, bananas, strawberries and apple sauce 😋

As a child I was often with my parents in Austria - there was "Kaiserschmarrn" something totally great, later I hated all egg dishes (even before I became vegan), I always associated it with the stench of the breakfast egg - I did not like that... Today I make myself sulfur salt in the tofu, I'm batty 😂😅
