Review of Formosa style of noodle at MG's Cafe ( Taipan ) by frugalvegan

Their menu is pretty interesting especially the “steak menu”, offering quite a wide variety of dishes

I ordered a “Taiwanese red braised noodle soup 🍜 “ but got confused when the dish actually appeared in front of my eyes. The soup is supposed to look a bit red brown-ish, with pungent Chinese herby notes. Also, wait… where are my veggies? the server pointed out that the broth is made from the blending of different veg. OK….

Anyways i forgave their misinterpretation of my ideal red braised kind of noodle soup, cuz the taste is quite original not bad at all tho the portion is small at a higher price point. at the end, i bottomed up the soup just to feel a little bit of fullness #ramencourtesy
