Review of Bombay Potato & Spinach Pasty - Ginsters by yourlocalvegan

I hadn’t seen this before but I like Ginster’s Moroccan Veg vegan pasty so thought I’d get this to try for a change. Their pastry isn’t too bad, it’s nice and flaky but the inside layers can be a bit stodgy. The filling has a good flavour that’s warming but not too spicy, and has big chunks of potato. I got this for £1.30 in Sainsbury’s which isn’t too bad, it’s not the healthiest option but it tastes good and you can have it hot or cold.
