Oh this was simply fantastic. I was wary about the mock fish texture because I used to be a massive fan of sashimi (especially raw salmon) and this was… so much closer to fish than I expected. Smooth and velvety but still with a good bite to it. It didn’t have a strong flavour but didn’t really need to. I really liked that it was included in some of the rolls too. A great set, and I was more than happy to pay £7.50 for something I’d never tried before that didn’t disappoint, and really filled me up. Bravo! 🍣
