Vegan BLT

Frankies Warragul

This vegan version of a BLT is so delicious. They use eggplant instead of a poor abused pig. I’ve had it several times in this country town cafe and it always arrives fresh and tasty.  They also use veganaise my favourite mayo. They also do amazing soy lattes.
