Review of Mango Pineapple - Righteous by cherylje

This tastes really good but I find it isn’t the right texture for sorbretto. It’s sticky and heavy, frozen purée rather than light and fluffy texture like you get at an Italian market. Close enough though if you’re local Italian market doesn’t carry pineapple sorbetto like mine doesn’t ☹️
