Finally found a good quality vegan tau sar piah! Nested in a quiet bukit batok neighbour, near the mrt station, you can find a humble bakery call "Almond Bakery" where they sell a wide range of vegan pastries, bread and cakes.

Love the sweet tau sar piah where the crust is baked to golden brown, slightly crispy and in layered texture. The mung bean filling is slightly sweet and soft, and tasted like lotus paste.

I will review the other flavours soon!

Overall, all the tau sar piah at almond bakery is my go to favourite now!
