Opening my friend’s refrigerator to find this was just “the” peak nostalgia hit 🤤🥺Growing up, I remember always being sheepish about asking to order this in fancy restaurants. I never realised it having not seen this in years but this may be my favourite carbonated drink 🤩

Every time you open one of these, it’s more satisfying than any can or beer bottle. It’s one of the light toned gassy drinks; which automatically indicates the absence of those heavier molassy or caramel nodes. Therefore, this bottled delight brings a brighter refreshing splash on your palate. I’d liken it to a natural tasting Mountain Dew, if you can picture it. Then, over it… you have a good supporting carry through from the fraction of ginger 🧐😜

I wanna say part of this drink that enchanted me as a kid was the unique bottle shape. It’s not the typical beer bottle standard nor the common 1 litre volume. Is it reading too much into it that I admired that about it? Plus the label’s colour and typography felt so wonderfully satisfying against a dark glass bottle; held shut by the aluminium/plastic cap 🤓 Growing up to be a design major certainly mutated that awe 😅

I think this should be about RM6-7 per bottle. I’m super biased and say it’s worth it, especially as a treat 🤪
