Real talk: I was never a huge cheese lover, and least of all blue cheese. So I was not keen to try this and had very low expectations. Well, I’ve never been more wrong in my life. This cheese is INCREDIBLE! If you feel like splurging, definitely give this a go! It’s soft, tangy and salty.
