This consisted of cucumbers, Roma tomatoes, and a delicious creamy 🐥-free salad made with tender melt-in-your-mouth jackfruit, mustard, soy-free mayo, thyme, rosemary, sage, celery, dill pickles, red and green onions, carrots, cranberries, lemon juice, parsley, sea salt, and black pepper on a toasted ciabatta bun.
