Review of Honey Pear Gorgonzola at Pizza Cult by xiulei

Yummy, sweet pears and savory plant based gorgonzola cheese with the compliment of sweet onions. The consistency of the cheese is incredibly like real gorgonzola. I got the gluten free crust which is always not as amazing as the sourdough. Crust was a tiny bit brittle lacking the chewy insides but had the crunchy outside of pizza crust.

It's so original too! It was like a dessert pizza. It worked!!! Brilliant creation.
