This is Korean Army Stew with noodle. The yellow noodles look nice in the photo but when you actually taste it, it is not quite soft. Soft enough for certain standards. Overall it is yummy yummy.
The soup is so heavenly and yet so little ! But nevertheless is very nice 👍🏻
I super enjoy drinking the tasty soup after having eaten the noodles and the ingredients- they have generous portions of sliced mushrooms and 2 vegan luncheon meats too !!!
It’s so lovely !!! You must try !!! However for those who do not like spicy food, this may be a tad too hot for you.
