Wow. This is awesome. The texture and flavor of the “shrimp” pieces was super close to the real thing in my opinion. The Hawaiian-inspired flavors were so delicious and a nice deviation from the same old lunch. If I was at home, I would have topped it with cilantro, green onion, and raw jalapeño!
