These consisted of Three Sisters Nixtamal organic masa, 🍄, spinach, 🐮🥛-free mozzarella, pikliz (vibrant, tangy, and sweet Haitian pickled vegetable relish), and creamy, savory mojo aioli. The 🍄 provided deep and rich umami flavors. They were fun and satisfying.
