love this dish. Its a soup-less ramen dish that comes with tofu, arugula, onion, okra, seaweed, tomato, and pumpkin seeds. 🍜 once you’re finished with your #ramen, you add rice and mix with your leftover sauce.

be sure to tell them to make it vegan so they can give a #vegan sauce and not fish sauce.
