Whatever this stuff is supposed to taste like, it's not good haha but it seems I'm in the minority with that perspective. Maybe if you drown it in condiments it'll be better, but that still doesn't fix the texture. I love Gardein's crab cakes as is, no condiments necessary. I guess this product is how I found out that jackfruit wasn't my thing.
