Muffuletta Sandwich at Element Gastropub — tofubetty's Review (Mar 2, 2022)

I’m not a seitan fan, but this sandwich has renewed my interest. The beet salami adds nice texture. I tend to find vegan cheese heavy, but this provolone was light. The creole olive was the absolute best part.
