Review of Tofu bowl at The Fussy Vegan by sunshineyum
Black rice topped with too oily fried tofu, dry roasted cashews, wet red cabbage, raw mung beans and drying avo, with a sharp soy sauce. What should have made a delicious bowl was a disappointing combo that did not meld well. Definitely needs a better sauce and overall flavouring. At R140 I don't think it's worth it. #healthy
