Quite a flavourful gravy, and with generous servings of veg, tofu, mushroom and beancurd skin on top of the noodles :) the aunty recommended green chilli with it and i second this recommendation - the gravy is quite rich, and a bit of heat and acid from green chilli in vinegar cuts through nicely
