Nordic Naturals

More I learn about essential fatty acids, the more I wonder why DHA+EPA isnt right up there with b12 as posterboy of supplements plant based eaters gotta take. We have no problem getting ALA via seeds, nuts, greens, avocado etc but without eating algaes like spirulina, chlorella, nori, seaweed, certainly not messing with fish, fish oil, other meats and dairy, we're getting next to nothing in DHA and EPA as the conversion rate from ALA is ~0.5% at best. Asking for issues down the road with brain, heart, eyes it seems.

I don't like the softgel ingredients but couldnt find any other options. The capsules are small, easy to swallow. I like the third party certification. One star knocked off for virgin plastic.
