Original Project at Project Pollo — VeggieAssassin's Review (Feb 26, 2022)

Excuse the pics. Not my best photography but I ordered to-go (dinner time) so the lighting isn't the best.

Projects Pollo is an all vegan restaurant and they offer lots of amazing comfort food such as Mac & Cheese, Nuggets, Wrap's, Burgers, Cookies and even Milkshakes. They even offer breakfast 😋

I had the "Original Project" sandwich which is breaded faux-chikn topped with aioli and pickles.

The flavor is delicious and the texture is spot on 👌🏼 I truly loved the aioli so I will get extra next time around.

I enjoyed the sandwich and I will definitely go back and try more dishes 🤤🌱
