It’s more soya bean drink. Drank when cold is very nice. Really refreshing and I do find that after drinking this….my nails are harder especially when I cut my nails that I noticed them.

Well….you can try to drink them then pay attention to your nails or even toe nails for that matter. Let me know if what I observe is true.
